Miley takes time to meet fans – whether she is in an Ice Cream shop or buying paintings. Today, in New Orleans some lucky people spotted Miley! She happily posed for pictures with the fans. One fan tweeted a picture, saying “My uncle just sold Miley Cyrus paintings, no big deal!”.
