Miley Cyrus’ mother ‘still hates this boy’ who broke her heart.
The 19-year-old is currently promoting her new movie LOL which deals with all the typical teenage issues including first love, annoying parents and heartache.

Now happily loved-up with fellow actor Liam Hemsworth, the former Disney star recalled a time in her life when she desperately needed her mother after being dumped by her first boyfriend.

‘The first time I ever got broken-up with I thought my world was going to end, I was going to die right there and I couldn’t keep breathing and go on. I was on tour and I could not get myself to go up on stage and smile and pretend like everything was OK. I would lay in bed feeling sick and so sad and my mum would hold me and tell me, ‘It’s all good,’ and scratch my back until I fell asleep. And not waking up alone, waking up with my mum there, that is a time I will never forget,’ she told Dutch magazine Bravo.

Although she didn’t reveal the name of the ex in question, it is believed Miley was referring to Nick Jonas.

The singer reportedly broke up with the Hannah Montana star after falling for actress Selena Gomez.

Unsurprisingly, Miley added that her mother is still mad at the heartbreaker for hurting her daughter.

‘My mum still hates this boy. If you even bring it up my mum’s ready to get the shotgun,’ she said. ‘But that moment I was like, ‘My mum loves me more than anything,’ and she wants to hurt whoever hurt me.’
